Terms of Service

1. Access & Eligibility

AOV Architect is a private tool made available exclusively to active members of the Full Frame Booking System (FFBS) coaching programme operated by Jon Bee. Access is granted at the sole discretion of the administrator.

By registering and using this tool, you confirm that you are an active member of the FFBS programme and that your access has been authorised.

2. Permitted Use

AOV Architect is provided for your personal use as part of your FFBS coaching membership. You are permitted to use the tool to build and refine your photography pricing structure in accordance with the FFBS methodology.

You agree not to:

• Share your login credentials with any other person.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract the underlying AI configuration, system prompts, or methodology from this tool.
• Share, distribute, or resell access to this tool or its outputs for commercial purposes outside of your own photography business.
• Use the tool in any way that could harm, disrupt, or compromise the service or other members.

3. Access Revocation

Access to AOV Architect is tied to your active membership in the FFBS coaching programme. Access will be revoked in the following circumstances:

• Membership ends: When you leave or are removed from the FFBS coaching programme, your access to AOV Architect will be revoked immediately.
• Breach of terms: If you are found to have violated these Terms of Service — including sharing access, attempting to extract the system configuration, or misusing the tool — your access may be revoked without notice.
• Administrator discretion: The administrator reserves the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.

Revocation of access does not entitle you to any refund of coaching fees paid.

4. Intellectual Property

The AOV Architect tool, including its methodology, coaching framework, AI configuration, and all associated content, is the intellectual property of Jon Bee and the Full Frame Booking System. All rights are reserved.

The pricing structures and outputs you generate using the tool are yours to use in your own photography business. However, you may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise the AOV Architect methodology or tool itself.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

AOV Architect is provided as a coaching aid and is intended to support your decision-making, not replace it. The pricing suggestions and frameworks provided are based on the FFBS methodology and general market principles.

Results will vary based on your individual market, niche, experience, and execution. No specific financial outcome is guaranteed. You are responsible for testing, adjusting, and applying the outputs of this tool to your own business.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of AOV Architect is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how you can request its removal.
