1. Who We Are

AOV Architect is a private coaching tool operated by Jon Bee as part of the Full Frame Booking System (FFBS) programme. This tool is made available exclusively to active members of the coaching programme.

2. What Data We Collect

When you register for and use AOV Architect, we collect and store the following information:

• Email address — used to identify your account and manage your access.
• Full name — used to personalise your experience within the tool.
• Password (hashed) — stored securely using industry-standard bcrypt encryption. We never store your password in plain text.
• Chat session history — your pricing sessions and messages are stored to allow you to resume work across logins.
• Login timestamps — to monitor account activity and support access management.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

• To authenticate you and grant access to the AOV Architect tool.
• To save and retrieve your pricing session history.
• To allow the administrator to manage active memberships.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any third parties. Your data is not used for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

Your personal data — including your email address, name, and session history — is retained for the duration of your active membership in the Full Frame Booking System coaching programme.

When your membership ends, your data will be removed from our systems. You may also request deletion of your data at any time, regardless of membership status (see Section 5 below).

5. Your Rights & Data Removal

You have the right to request that your personal data be removed from our systems at any time. To make a removal request, please contact Jon Bee directly via one of the following channels:

• Community: Post a message in the FFBS community group requesting data removal.

All removal requests will be processed promptly. Upon completion, your account, email address, and all associated session data will be permanently deleted.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encrypted password storage, secure HTTPS connections, and server-side session management. The AI coaching functionality is processed entirely server-side — the underlying system configuration is never exposed to users or transmitted to the client.

7. Cookies

AOV Architect uses a single session cookie to maintain your login state. This cookie is essential for the tool to function and does not track you across other websites. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

8. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to active members. Continued use of the tool following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
